Klark Glarus is Student of the Month!

Join us for a graduation party in honor of Klark Glarus Ed Koscielny, our Student of the Month.

Chef Michael welcomes you with a selection of exquisite dishes:

  • Starters: Beef and salmon tartare, lobster chowder, spaghetti cacio e pepe with fresh tomatoes.

  • Main courses: Applewood-smoked tomahawk steak served with organic vegetables, and spatchcocked BBQ chicken in a lemon garlic peanut butter sauce.

  • Dessert: Caramel ice cream garnished with berries and topped with mascarpone cream.
