Smoky Bull’s Horns
Cut the sweet, long red peppers at the top and remove the seeds. Mix feta cheese, olives, tomatoes, garlic, and cilantro. Add a spoonful of cream cheese. Drizzle with oil, pepper & salt.
TIP(s): If you are not a cilantro fan, try basil instead (don’t fall for parsley, despite what YouTube says). Add a spoonful of liquid smoke if you have it, as it truly changes the outcome. Don’t overdo the cream cheese; it will melt during baking, and you don’t want it to be too runny. The olives are not prominent, but their appearance and slight bitterness work well here.
Stuff the peppers and bake for 45 minutes, serve hot, and make the steaks jealous.
